Gani Care extends its group community activities to participants, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. For those requiring transport support to engage in these activities, charges will be applied at a 1-on-1 ratio, ensuring fair pricing and equitable access. Reimbursement for workers' kilometers will be deducted from the Core supports at a rate of $0.97 per kilometer, maintaining transparency and accountability.

Nighttime events are subject to a 1 on 1 charge for transport assistance without discussion, ensuring safety and logistical efficiency during these hours.

Participants who choose to make their way to the groups will still be charged at a 1-on-1 ratio, but the invoice amount will be halved, labeled as 1-to-1 supports on the invoice. This adjustment recognizes and respects participants' independent arrangements while still acknowledging the support provided.

Key considerations:

• Gani Care exclusively collaborates with participants who are planned or self-managed, ensuring a streamlined process and tailored support.
• Self-managed participants must make payments for services within one week before the group activity to confirm attendance, in accordance with the attached service agreement, promoting timely coordination and planning.
• Gani Care's groups cater to NDIS participants with lower support needs. Participants with CB Relationships in their plan are categorized as having Higher Support Needs, allowing for targeted assistance and resource allocation.
• The minimum age for adult participants is 13 years, with no maximum age limit, fostering a diverse and inclusive community across all age groups.
• The costs of tickets to activities are covered by Gani Care profits and are not separately charged to the participant's plan, ensuring financial accessibility and minimizing administrative burdens.

Participants are responsible for funding their own food, drinks, or any souvenirs during the activities, encouraging independence and personal choice within the group settings.
